Plant-Based Tacos

It’s easy to add plant-based tacos to any menu with Modern Menu Taco Filling!

SERVINGS: Makes 17 tacos, 8-9 servings.

1 43oz. pouch Modern Menu Taco filling
17 soft or hard taco shells
8 oz plant-based shredded cheese
Suggested garnishes of fresh tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, cilantro

In a soft or hard taco shell, spoon in 2.5oz Taco Filling.  Top with a sprinkle of plant-based cheese and desired garnishes.

Plant-Based Taco Bowl

Quick, easy, and versatile, almost any vegetables will pair with lettuce greens to make this taco salad a satisfying, healthy meal, packed with protein and freshness!

Mixed lettuce greens
Any veggies!  Corn, avocado, tomatoes, peppers, and onions.

Tortilla Chips Casserole

Layers of Mexican plant-based goodness come together in this casserole starring Modern Menu Taco Filling!

1 43oz. pouch Modern Menu Taco filling

80 oz tortilla chips

5 cups Spanish rice, prepared

10 oz plant-based shredded cheese

10 oz plant-based sour cream

Garnishes of fresh diced tomatoes, black olives, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno


In a personal sized casserole dish, layer 2 cups of tortilla chips, then ½ cup spanish rice, 4 oz of Modern Menu Taco Filling, 1 oz sour cream, and 1 oz cheese.  Bake at 400 degrees until taco filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 7 minutes.  Garnish as desired.
